  4. Collaborate with other agencies and organizations to ensure clients receive appropriate and timely services and support.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all client interactions, services provided, and progress towards goals.
  6. Advocate for clients' rights and needs, and provide support and guidance to help them achieve self-sufficiency and improve their quality of life.
  7. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while working with clients, colleagues, and community partners.
  8. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in the field of human services.
  9. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all ethical standards and guidelines in all interactions and work-related activities.
  10. Work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals to provide comprehensive and effective services to clients.
  11. Adhere to all state and federal laws and regulations related to human services and client confidentiality.
  12. Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing compassionate and culturally competent services to individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.
  13. Act as a liaison between clients and community resources, advocating for clients' needs and addressing any barriers to accessing services.
  14. Attend team meetings and participate in case conferences to discuss and review client progress and develop strategies for meeting their needs.
  15. Continuously evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of services provided and make recommendations for improvements to ensure the highest level of client care.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws, Regulations, And Policies Related To Human Services Programs.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Social Work, Psychology, Or Related Field From An Accredited College Or University.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In The Human Services Field, With At Least 1 Year At The Human Services Worker Ii Level.
