- Develop and deliver presentations, trainings, and workshops to educate others on human services programs and initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make adjustments as needed to ensure positive outcomes.
- Stay informed about current trends and policies in the field of human services and apply this knowledge to program development and implementation.
- Serve as a resource and consultant for other team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Promote a culture of compassion, empathy, and respect for individuals and families in need of support.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Services, Social Work, Public Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Development, Implementation, And Evaluation Within The Human Services Field.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of State And Federal Regulations, Policies, And Procedures Related To Human Services Programs.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Diverse Stakeholders And Teams.
Demonstrated Experience In Leadership, Project Management, And Strategic Planning In The Human Services Sector.
