  • Assess, plan, and coordinate programs and services that promote the well-being of individuals and families
  • Collaborate with community partners, stakeholders, and state agencies to identify needs and develop effective strategies for meeting them
  • Conduct research and gather data to inform program development and implementation
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with community organizations and agencies to ensure effective coordination of services
  • Serve as a liaison between program participants and service providers
  • Provide support and guidance to program participants, including addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to promote program awareness and reach target populations
  • Maintain accurate and thorough records of program activities and outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date on current trends and best practices in human services program management
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to human services programs
  • Communicate effectively with diverse individuals and groups, including program participants, stakeholders, and colleagues
  • Maintain confidentiality of all program participants and their personal information
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective and efficient program operations
  • Act as a positive representative of the State of Florida and its mission to improve the lives of individuals and families.
