  10. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
  11. Adhering to all state and federal regulations and policies related to human services and counseling.
  12. Maintaining a positive and supportive attitude towards clients and colleagues, and contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
  13. Demonstrating a commitment to cultural competency and sensitivity in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
  14. Providing crisis intervention and support to clients in emergency situations.
  15. Keeping informed about community resources and services and staying up-to-date on changes and updates in the field of human services.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Social Work, Psychology, Counseling Or Related Field.

  • At Least One Year Of Experience Working In A Counseling Or Social Work Setting.

  • Knowledge Of And Experience With Evidence-Based Counseling Techniques And Interventions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Rapport With Clients From Diverse Backgrounds.

  • Familiarity With State And Federal Laws, Regulations, And Ethical Standards Related To Human Services And Counseling.
