  1. Monitor and enforce housing regulations: The Housing Regulatory Specialist will be responsible for regularly monitoring housing regulations and ensuring compliance with state and federal laws to protect the well-being of residents.
  2. Conduct inspections and investigations: This individual will conduct on-site inspections and investigations to identify potential violations and ensure that housing standards are being met.
  3. Communicate with stakeholders: The Specialist will act as a liaison between government agencies, housing developers, and residents to address any concerns and provide guidance on regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Urban Planning, Public Policy, Or Real Estate.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Housing Regulatory Compliance Or Related Field.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws And Regulations Related To Affordable Housing, Fair Housing, And Housing Development.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Information And Data.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Communicate Effectively With Diverse Stakeholders And Present Findings To Decision Makers.
