Job Description

  1. Conduct examinations and investigations of financial institutions to ensure compliance with state laws and regulations.
  2. Analyze financial statements, records, and transactions of financial institutions to identify potential risks and violations.
  3. Review and evaluate internal controls, policies, and procedures of financial institutions to ensure they are in line with state regulations.
  4. Prepare detailed reports and presentations outlining findings and recommendations for management.
  5. Collaborate with other state agencies and departments to coordinate examinations and investigations.
  6. Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and laws to ensure compliance.
  7. Communicate effectively with financial institutions, stakeholders, and management to gather information and address any concerns.
  8. Conduct on-site visits to financial institutions to gather evidence and conduct interviews.
  9. Use specialized tools and software to analyze financial data and identify potential issues.
  10. Provide guidance and training to junior staff members on financial regulations and examination procedures.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of examinations and investigations.
  12. Participate in meetings and conferences to discuss industry trends and best practices in financial regulation and compliance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field
