  1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems in various facilities.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues to determine appropriate solutions.
  3. Install new plumbing systems as needed.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized work area while completing tasks.
  5. Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
  6. Collaborate with team members and other departments to complete projects and tasks.
  7. Educate and train other team members on plumbing techniques and protocols.
  8. Respond to emergency plumbing calls in a timely and efficient manner.
  9. Keep accurate records of all work performed and materials used.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry advancements and new plumbing technologies.
  11. Communicate with facility staff and management regarding plumbing concerns and updates.
  12. Follow all state and federal regulations and codes related to plumbing.
  13. Maintain a professional and positive attitude when interacting with colleagues and customers.

  15. Represent the FDC in a positive manner and uphold the department's standards and values.

Job Qualifications
  • Valid Florida Plumbing License: Candidates Must Possess A Valid Plumbing License Issued By The State Of Florida To Be Considered For The Fdc Plumber Job. This Ensures That They Have The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Perform Plumbing Work In Accordance With State Regulations.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Plumbing Experience: Applicants Must Have At Least 2 Years Of Experience Working As A Plumber In A Professional Setting. This Experience Should Include A Variety Of Plumbing Tasks, Such As Installation, Repairs, And Maintenance.
