  1. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on all FDC facilities to ensure they are compliant with safety regulations and functioning properly.
  2. Assist with the design and implementation of new construction projects, renovations, and upgrades to FDC facilities.
  3. Collaborate with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or problems.
  4. Monitor and maintain inventory of equipment and supplies necessary for facility maintenance and repairs.
  5. Perform routine repairs and maintenance tasks on various systems and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  6. Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed, including detailed reports and documentation.
  7. Coordinate and oversee the work of contractors and vendors hired for maintenance and repair projects.
  8. Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide effective solutions to mitigate any potential risks.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and changes in engineering technology to improve processes and procedures.
  10. Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Technology Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Engineering Technology, Preferably In A Government Setting.

  • Proficiency In Using Engineering Software, Such As Autocad And Gis.

  • Strong Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations Related To Engineering And Construction.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Team Members And Stakeholders.
