
FDC-ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT I

- Provide administrative support to the agency, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Maintain accurate records and files, including offender records, agency policies, and other important documents.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and other electronic files.
- Assist with budget management by tracking expenses and preparing financial reports.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and process travel reimbursements.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff member.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring an adequate stock at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective workflow.
- Follow all agency policies and procedures to maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Attend meetings and take detailed notes, distribute minutes and follow up on action items.
- Conduct research and gather information as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and processing.
- Assist with special projects and events as assigned.
- Serve as a liaison between the agency and other departments, agencies, and the public.
- Uphold a positive and professional image of the agency at all times.
- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and suggest ways to streamline processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.

High School Diploma Or Ged Equivalent.
Minimum Of 1 Year Of Experience In Office Administration Or Clerical Work.
