
Employment Specialist (Human Resources)

- Conduct recruitment and selection processes to identify and attract top talent for the organization.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure a diverse and skilled workforce.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Coordinate and conduct job fairs, information sessions, and other recruitment events.
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and other organizations to expand the talent pool.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
- Develop and maintain job descriptions and job postings that accurately reflect the organization's needs and culture.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to advertise job openings and reach potential candidates.
- Conduct background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment screenings.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and employment.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment.
- Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on human resources policies and procedures.
- Assist with employee retention efforts and develop strategies to improve employee engagement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate information.
- Act as a liaison between the organization and external recruitment agencies or job boards.
- Communicate with candidates, employees, and stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
- Participate in relevant training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment within the Human Resources team and the organization as a whole.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Role, Preferably In Recruitment Or Talent Acquisition.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Employment Laws, Regulations, And Hiring Practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Hiring Managers And Candidates.
Strong Organizational And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Workload Effectively.
