  1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients seeking employment assistance.
  2. Conduct interviews and assess client needs to determine eligibility for unemployment benefits and other employment programs.
  3. Assist clients in creating and updating resumes, conducting job searches, and connecting with potential employers.
  4. Stay up-to-date on current employment laws and regulations to accurately advise clients.
  5. Maintain accurate and organized client records and documentation.
  6. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure timely and efficient services for clients.
  7. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to better serve clients.
  8. Educate clients on available resources and programs to support their job search and career development.
  9. Respond to inquiries from clients and the public via phone, email, and in-person.
  10. Adhere to confidentiality and ethical standards in handling sensitive client information.
  11. Assist with data entry and reporting as needed.
  12. Attend trainings and meetings to stay informed on job-related updates and changes.
  13. Represent the department and its services in a professional and positive manner to the public.
  14. Follow department policies and procedures in all job duties.
  15. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
