Knowledge Of State And Federal Employment Laws And Regulations.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Business Administration, Human Resources, Or Public Administration.
Experience In Conducting Interviews And Investigations Related To Employment Security.
Excellent Communication Skills, Including The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Diverse Populations.
Familiarity With Computer Programs And Databases Used For Tracking And Analyzing Employment Data.
