- Keep accurate and detailed records of eligibility determinations and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in eligibility criteria and program guidelines to ensure accurate and timely determinations.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Identify and report any potential fraudulent activity or misuse of state resources.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills related to eligibility determination.
- Adhere to all state and federal regulations and policies related to eligibility determination and program administration.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Social Work, Psychology, Or A Related Field.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Eligibility Determination For Government Assistance Programs.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To Eligibility Criteria For Public Assistance Programs.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Diverse Populations And Effectively Communicate Complex Eligibility Requirements.
