Job Description

  9. Contribute to the development of economic policies and strategies for the state.
  10. Collaborate with other departments and agencies to support economic planning and decision-making.
  11. Monitor and track the impact of economic policies and initiatives on the state's economy.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on economic theory and principles.
  13. Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all economic analysis and reporting.
  14. Continuously improve and update economic analysis methodologies and tools.
  15. Mentor and train junior economic analysts.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Economics, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Economic Analysis, Preferably In A Government Or Public Sector Setting.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Statistical Analysis Software Such As Spss Or Sas.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Economic Data In A Clear And Concise Manner.

  • Knowledge Of Florida's Economic Landscape, Including Key Industries And Economic Trends, And Ability To Apply This Knowledge To Inform Policy Decisions.
