Job Qualifications
  • Certified Court Reporter: The Candidate Must Be A Certified Court Reporter In The State Of Florida, With A Valid License And In Good Standing With The Florida Department Of Professional Regulation.

  • Proficiency In Digital Court Reporting Technology: The Candidate Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Digital Court Reporting Technology, Including But Not Limited To Stenographic Machines, Real-Time Transcription Software, And Video Conferencing Equipment.

  • Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills: The Candidate Must Possess Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills, As They Will Be Responsible For Transcribing Court Proceedings Accurately And Efficiently.

  • Attention To Detail: Digital Court Reporters Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail As Even Minor Mistakes In Transcription Can Have Significant Consequences. They Must Also Have The Ability To Proofread Their Work For Accuracy.

  • Time Management And Organizational Skills: The Candidate Must Be Able To Manage Their Time Effectively And Efficiently, As They Will Often Be Responsible For Transcribing Multiple Court Proceedings In A Timely Manner. They Must Also Have Strong Organizational Skills To Keep Track Of Transcripts And Other Court Documents.
