  1. Develop and implement effective reemployment programs and initiatives to assist individuals in finding meaningful employment opportunities.
  2. Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure the successful execution of reemployment programs and services.
  3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and address the needs of job seekers and employers.
  4. Stay updated on the latest workforce development trends and best practices to continuously improve and innovate reemployment programs.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with local employers to understand their hiring needs and create tailored solutions for job seekers.
  6. Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of reemployment programs and make necessary adjustments for improvement.
  7. Provide guidance and support to staff in implementing reemployment strategies and services.
  8. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to reemployment programs.
  9. Represent the department at conferences, events, and meetings to promote reemployment programs and initiatives.
  10. Collaborate with other departments and agencies to identify and leverage resources for reemployment programs.
  11. Develop and manage budgets for reemployment programs and services.
  12. Develop and maintain partnerships with community organizations, educational institutions, and other stakeholders to enhance the reach and impact of reemployment programs.
  13. Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of reemployment programs to department leadership and stakeholders.
  14. Train and mentor staff to ensure a high level of expertise and knowledge in reemployment strategies and services.
  15. Develop strategic plans and goals for reemployment programs and work towards achieving them.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Workforce Development, Employment Services, Or A Related Field.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws, Regulations, And Policies Related To Workforce Development And Employment Services.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing Teams And Projects.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels, Including Government Officials, Employers, And Job Seekers.
