- Develop and implement purchasing policies and procedures in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the purchasing department, including budgeting, forecasting, and staff development.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Purchasing And Procurement, Preferably At A Governmental Agency.
Strong Knowledge Of State And Federal Purchasing Regulations And Procedures.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Establish And Maintain Relationships With Vendors And Internal Stakeholders.
Experience In Managing A Team And Overseeing The Procurement Process From Sourcing To Contract Negotiation And Supplier Performance Evaluation.
