  1. Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  2. Assist customers with their inquiries and provide accurate and timely information.
  3. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  4. Maintain a thorough understanding of the services and resources provided by the state agency.
  5. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and exceed service standards.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient customer service experience.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions.
  8. Stay current with state policies and procedures to ensure accurate and consistent information is provided to customers.
  9. Provide support to other departments and agencies as needed.
  10. Identify and escalate complex or high-priority customer issues to appropriate personnel.
  11. Proactively identify areas for improvement in customer service processes and procedures.
  12. Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the state agency in a positive light.
  13. Attend trainings and workshops to continuously develop customer service skills and knowledge.
  14. Adhere to all confidentiality and security protocols when dealing with sensitive customer information.
  15. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a professional and welcoming environment for customers.
