Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Public Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Contract Management Or Procurement.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Procurement Laws, Regulations, And Policies.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills.
