- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, writers, and subject matter experts, to create high-quality content.
- Ensure all content is accurate, consistent, and adheres to brand guidelines.
- Conduct regular audits and analysis of content performance to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content.
- Monitor and respond to audience engagement and feedback on social media and other digital platforms.

- Collaborate with the SEO team to optimize content for search engines.
- Stay up-to-date on digital accessibility guidelines and ensure all content is accessible to all users.
- Represent the content team in cross-functional meetings and provide expertise and insights on content strategy.
- Train and mentor junior content team members.
- Adhere to deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the state's mission and values in all content produced.

Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Content Strategy, Preferably In A Government Or Public Sector Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Seo And Digital Marketing Best Practices.
Excellent Writing, Editing, And Proofreading Skills.
