  4. Collaborate with internal teams to address compliance concerns and provide guidance on best practices.

  7. Investigate and resolve compliance violations or complaints, and implement corrective actions when necessary.

  10. Provide training and support to employees to promote a culture of compliance and ethical practices.
  11. Serve as a liaison between the agency and regulatory bodies, and assist with any compliance-related inquiries or audits.
  12. Continuously assess and improve the agency's compliance program to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
  13. Foster a positive and ethical work environment by promoting integrity and accountability across all levels of the organization.
  14. Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to ensure compliance standards are met in all business processes.
  15. Stay informed of industry best practices and make recommendations for enhancements to the agency's compliance program.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Law, Criminal Justice, Or Business Administration.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Compliance, Risk Management, Or Related Field.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Relevant To The Specific Industry Or Sector.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Stakeholders And Provide Guidance On Compliance Matters.

  • Professional Certifications Such As Certified Compliance And Ethics Professional (Ccep) Or Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (Crcm) Preferred.
