Bachelor's Degree In Criminology, Criminal Justice, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Classification And/Or Risk Assessment In A Correctional Or Law Enforcement Setting.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws, Regulations, And Policies Related To Classification And Inmate Management.
Strong Analytical And Decision-Making Skills, With The Ability To Assess And Evaluate Information To Make Appropriate Classification Decisions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact Effectively With Inmates, Staff, And Other Stakeholders.
