  • Review and analyze case data to ensure compliance with state and federal laws
  • Identify discrepancies and take appropriate actions to resolve them
  • Communicate with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and provide updates on case status
  • Conduct research and investigations to obtain missing information and verify data accuracy
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies for improving case processing efficiency
  • Stay updated on changes in child support laws and regulations and apply them to case processing procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders, addressing any concerns or inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in child support case processing
  • Adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor.
