Bachelor's Degree In Social Work, Criminal Justice, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Child Support Case Processing Or A Similar Role.
Knowledge Of Florida's Child Support Laws, Regulations, And Procedures.
Proficiency In Computer Systems And Software, Including Microsoft Office And Child Support Case Management Systems.
Strong Organizational, Analytical, And Problem-Solving Skills, With Attention To Detail And Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks Simultaneously.
