- Stay up-to-date on state and federal regulations related to employee benefits and ensure compliance.
- Serve as the main point of contact for employees with questions or concerns about their benefits.
- Collaborate with HR team to develop and implement new benefits programs and initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of current benefits offerings and make recommendations for improvements.
- Facilitate open enrollment processes and provide support to employees during this time.
- Coordinate with external vendors and providers to ensure seamless delivery of benefits services.
- Maintain accurate employee records and files related to benefits enrollment and changes.
- Educate employees on their benefits options and assist them in making informed decisions.
- Assist in the development and delivery of benefits-related training programs for employees and managers.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies related to benefits.
- Collaborate with payroll department to ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits-related information.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to benefits administration.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices related to employee benefits and make recommendations for implementing new strategies.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Benefits Administration And Management.
Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To Employee Benefits.
Proficiency In Hr Software And Systems, Such As Adp Or Workday.
