
ASSISTANT STATE ATTORNEY

- Prosecute criminal cases: The primary responsibility of the Assistant State Attorney will be to prosecute criminal cases on behalf of the State of Florida. This includes conducting legal research, gathering evidence, and presenting cases in court.

Juris Doctor (J.d.) Degree From An Accredited Law School.
Admission To The Florida State Bar And Active Membership In Good Standing.
Prior Experience In Criminal Law, Litigation, Or Prosecution, Preferably With A Government Agency.
Strong Knowledge Of State And Federal Criminal Laws, Rules Of Evidence, And Court Procedures.
Excellent Oral And Written Communication Skills, Including The Ability To Effectively Present Arguments In Court.
