Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite: The State Of Florida Requires An Administrative Assistant Who Is Highly Skilled In Using Various Software Applications, Particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, And Powerpoint. This Includes The Ability To Create And Format Documents, Spreadsheets, And Presentations.
Excellent Communication Skills: As An Administrative Assistant, You Will Be The Primary Point Of Contact For Various Stakeholders, Including Government Officials, Staff, And The General Public. Therefore, Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Essential For This Role.
