- Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in counseling practice.
- Continuously develop and maintain a strong understanding of mental health and trauma.
- Demonstrate empathy, patience, and sensitivity towards clients' experiences.

Bachelor's Degree In Psychology, Social Work, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Providing Counseling Services To Individuals Who Have Experienced Abuse Or Trauma
Certification Or Licensure In Counseling, Such As Licensed Mental Health Counselor (Lmhc) Or Certified Addiction Professional (Cap)
Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws And Regulations Related To Abuse Reporting And Confidentiality
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Diverse Populations And Collaborate With Other Professionals In A Multidisciplinary Team.
