- Develop and maintain individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
- Monitor student progress and make necessary adjustments to interventions and support plans.
- Facilitate workshops and trainings for students, families, and educational professionals on topics related to student development.
- Stay current with research and best practices in the field of student development to continuously improve services and support for students.
- Advocate for students and their families to ensure they have access to necessary resources and support.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of student interactions and progress.
- Collaborate with community organizations and agencies to provide additional support and resources for students.
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and other collaborative efforts to support student success.
- Communicate regularly with parents and families to keep them informed of their child's progress and any concerns.

- Adhere to all state and federal laws and regulations related to student privacy and confidentiality.
Bachelor's Degree In Higher Education, Student Affairs, Counseling, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience Working In Student Development Or Related Field.
Knowledge Of Student Development Theory And Best Practices In Higher Education.
Experience In Program Development And Implementation For Diverse Student Populations.
