  1. Greet and welcome visitors to the State of Connecticut office in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
  3. Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records.
  4. Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
  5. Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and in good working condition.
  6. Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
  7. Assist with drafting and editing official documents and reports.
  8. Respond to inquiries and requests from citizens and government officials in a timely and courteous manner.
  9. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  10. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective workflow.
  11. Assist with special projects and events as needed.
  12. Continuously strive to improve office processes and procedures.
  13. Communicate effectively with team members and superiors to ensure clear and accurate information is relayed.
  14. Attend trainings and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
  15. Adhere to all state and office policies and procedures.
  16. Uphold a professional and positive attitude in all interactions.
  17. Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
