Completion Of A Phlebotomy Training Program: The Candidate Must Have Completed A Recognized Phlebotomy Training Program From An Accredited Institution.
Certification: Must Possess A Valid Certification From A Recognized Certifying Agency Such As The American Society For Clinical Pathology (Ascp) Or The National Healthcareer Association (Nha).
Knowledge Of Medical Terminology And Anatomy: The Candidate Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Medical Terminology, Anatomy, And Physiology To Accurately Identify And Label Blood Samples.
Experience: Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience Working As A Phlebotomist In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Clinical Laboratory.
Interpersonal And Communication Skills: The Candidate Must Have Excellent Interpersonal And Communication Skills To Interact With Patients, Healthcare Professionals, And Laboratory Staff In A Professional And Compassionate Manner.
