- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
- Assist with restocking and organizing medical supplies and equipment.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care.
- Adhere to professional standards of conduct and ethics.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education.
Completion Of A State-Approved Nurse's Aide Training Program.
Current Certification As A Nurse's Aide In The State Of Connecticut.
Minimum Of 1 Year Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In Long-Term Care.
Ability To Pass A Criminal Background Check And Drug Screening.
