- Provide technical support to statewide agencies and departments by troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals for all state agencies and departments.
- Monitor and maintain IT systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement new technology solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of IT policies, procedures, and standards.
- Train and educate end-users on new software and technology to enhance their understanding and usage.
- Maintain accurate records of all IT equipment, software licenses, and maintenance agreements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments to make recommendations for improving the state's IT infrastructure.
- Communicate with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to plan and execute IT projects and initiatives.
- Provide outstanding customer service to all end-users and ensure their technical needs are met.
- Adhere to security protocols and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues remotely or on-site, depending on the situation.
- Continuously improve technical skills and knowledge through training and self-study to stay updated with emerging technologies.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Technical Support Role, Preferably In A Government Or Large Organizational Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Computer Hardware, Software, And Network Systems.
Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Troubleshoot Technical Issues.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With A Diverse Team And Provide Excellent Customer Service.
