
Fiscal/Administrative Assistant

- Assist with the management of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking expenditures.
- Process and maintain financial records, including invoices, purchase orders, and employee reimbursements.
- Conduct research and gather data to support budget planning and decision-making.
- Monitor and reconcile financial accounts and ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate and communicate with various departments to gather necessary information and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Provide administrative support to the fiscal team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and organizing files.
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of financial and administrative information.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of fiscal and administrative operations.
- Represent the organization in a professional and courteous manner when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to fiscal management in the public sector.
- Collaborate with team members to support the overall mission and goals of the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With Attention To Detail And Accuracy.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Fiscal Or Administrative Work, Preferably In A Government Setting.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite And Experience With Accounting Software.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Fiscal Policies And Regulations.
