- Provide administrative support to the education programs and initiatives of the State of Connecticut.
- Assist with the development and implementation of education policies and procedures.

- Maintain accurate records and databases related to education programs and initiatives.
- Help organize and coordinate events, workshops, and meetings related to education.
- Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making and program development.
- Collaborate with other departments and agencies to ensure the success of education programs and initiatives.
- Assist with budget management and financial tracking for education programs.
- Participate in the recruitment and selection process for educators and program staff.
- Develop and maintain relationships with education partners and community organizations.
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and developments in education to inform program decisions.
- Contribute to the development of reports, presentations, and other materials related to education programs.
- Provide support and guidance to educators and program staff as needed.
- Adhere to all state and federal regulations and policies related to education programs.
- Support the mission and goals of the State of Connecticut's education programs and initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree In Education, Child Development, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In An Educational Setting, Preferably In A Support Role.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws And Regulations Related To Education.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With A Diverse Population.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Computer Programs Commonly Used In Educational Settings.
