- Collaborate with other state agencies and departments to coordinate services and resources for individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including providing regular updates and reports on program activities and outcomes.
- Participate in strategic planning and policy development related to behavioral health services in the state of Connecticut.
- Serve as a resource and subject matter expert on behavioral health issues for colleagues, stakeholders, and the general public.
Master's Degree In Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Or Management Role In A Behavioral Health Setting.
Knowledge And Understanding Of State And Federal Regulations And Laws Related To Behavioral Health Services.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Staff, Clients, And Community Partners.
