  1. Oversee the delivery of behavioral health services to clients in need.
  2. Provide guidance and support to a team of clinicians.
  3. Ensure that clinicians are providing high-quality and evidence-based treatment to clients.
  4. Utilize expertise in behavioral health to guide and support the team.
  5. Lead and mentor a team of clinicians to ensure they are providing effective and compassionate care.
  6. Collaborate with other supervisors and management to develop and implement best practices for client treatment.
  7. Monitor and evaluate the performance of clinicians and provide feedback for improvement.
  8. Develop and maintain treatment plans and case management for clients.
  9. Conduct regular meetings and trainings with the clinical team to promote professional development and knowledge sharing.
  10. Stay up-to-date on current research and trends in the field of behavioral health.
  11. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
  12. Ensure compliance with all state regulations and guidelines.
  13. Communicate and collaborate with external agencies and community resources to provide comprehensive care for clients.
  14. Advocate for clients and their needs within the organization and in the community.
  15. Work closely with other departments and stakeholders to improve the overall quality of care for clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In A Related Field Such As Psychology, Social Work, Or Counseling.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In The Behavioral Health Field, With At Least 2 Years In A Supervisory Role.

  • Licensed As A Clinical Social Worker (Lcsw), Licensed Professional Counselor (Lpc), Or Licensed Marriage And Family Therapist (Lmft) In The State Of Connecticut.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Evidence-Based Practices And Treatment Modalities For Mental Health And Substance Use Disorders.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team, Including Providing Clinical Supervision, Coaching, And Performance Evaluations.
