Wildlife Habitat Supervisor

8. Provide technical expertise and training to staff, partners, and the public on wildlife habitat management and conservation.
9. Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations to state officials, stakeholders, and the public on the status of wildlife habitats and the effectiveness of habitat management efforts.
10. Serve as a representative of the state in meetings, conferences, and other events related to wildlife habitat management and conservation.
11. Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws, regulations, and policies related to wildlife habitats and conservation.
12. Uphold the state's values and mission of protecting and preserving California's diverse wildlife and natural resources.
13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team and with external partners to achieve common conservation goals.
14. Continuously evaluate and improve habitat management processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
