Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Public Administration, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Or Management Role, Preferably In A Government Setting.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws, Regulations, And Policies Related To Human Resources, Personnel Management, And Labor Relations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Diverse Stakeholders And Resolve Conflicts.
