Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Public Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Or Management Role, Preferably In A Government Setting.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws, Regulations, And Policies Related To Human Resources, Personnel Management, And Labor Relations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Diverse Stakeholders And Resolve Conflicts.
