Professional Engineer (Pe) License In The State Of California.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Civil Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Water Resource Management, Planning, And Engineering.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Water Laws, Regulations, And Policies.
Experience In Project Management, Including Budgeting, Scheduling, And Supervision Of Staff.
