  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the state's technology systems and production processes.
  2. Ensure the stability, functionality, and efficiency of all systems and processes.
  3. Lead and mentor a team of engineers in maintaining and improving systems and processes.
  4. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to identify and address any issues or concerns related to technology systems and production processes.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance and reliability of systems and processes.
  6. Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  7. Provide technical expertise and support in troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve systems and processes.
  9. Create and maintain documentation for systems and processes, including updates and changes.
  10. Communicate with stakeholders and end-users to gather feedback and ensure their needs are being met.
  11. Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and enhancements.
  12. Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  13. Participate in on-call rotations to provide support and address any urgent system issues.
  14. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and protocols.
  15. Act as a liaison between IT and other departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In System And Production Engineering, Preferably In A Government Or Large Organization Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of System Administration, Network Management, And Production Support.

  • Experience With Virtualization Technologies, Such As Vmware Or Hyper-V.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
