  12. Act as a brand ambassador for the state government, promoting its mission and values to potential candidates.
  13. Support and assist with other HR initiatives and projects as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Recruiting, Preferably In A Government Or Public Sector Setting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Hiring Managers And Candidates.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing The Full Recruitment Cycle, From Sourcing To Onboarding, For A Variety Of Positions And Levels.
