Attention all experienced and skilled radiologic technologists! The State of California is seeking a highly qualified individual to join our team as a Senior Radiologic Technologist.   1. Perform complex radiographic procedures with accuracy and precision.
  2. Provide high-quality patient care while adhering to safety protocols.
  3. Monitor and ensure compliance with state regulations and guidelines for radiologic technology.
  4. Train and mentor junior radiologic technologists, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  5. Assist in the development and implementation of new techniques and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of services.
  6. Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
  7. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
  8. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care.
  9. Stay updated on the latest advancements and techniques in radiology.
  10. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
  11. Act as a resource for colleagues and assist with any technical or operational issues that may arise.
  12. Demonstrate strong leadership skills by effectively managing and motivating a team of technologists.
  13. Adhere to ethical standards and maintain patient confidentiality.
  14. Contribute to a positive and professional work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Radiologic Technology From An Accredited Program

  • Valid And Active Certification By The American Registry Of Radiologic Technologists (Arrt)

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As A Radiologic Technologist, With At Least 2 Years In A Senior Or Supervisory Role

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations Governing Radiologic Technology And Radiation Safety

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Patients, Healthcare Professionals, And Other Team Members.
