Extensive Experience In Conducting Complex Investigations: A Senior Investigator At State Of California Should Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Conducting Investigations, Preferably In A Government Or Law Enforcement Setting. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successful Investigations, Including Those Involving High-Level Officials Or Sensitive Issues.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws And Regulations: The Senior Investigator Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Laws And Regulations Applicable To The State Of California, Including Those Related To Fraud, Corruption, And Other Criminal Activities.
