- Develop and maintain comprehensive databases and reports to track property information, including leases, contracts, and maintenance schedules.

- Provide expertise and guidance on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and lease negotiations.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess property conditions and address any maintenance or safety concerns.

- Develop and implement strategies to maximize the use and value of our real estate assets.
- Act as a liaison between various departments within the organization to ensure alignment and coordination in real estate management.
- Train and mentor junior facilities analysts to develop their skills and knowledge in real estate management.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Real Estate, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Real Estate Analysis, Preferably In A Government Or Public Sector Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Real Estate Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.
