As a Senior Facilities Analyst, you will utilize your expertise to support the planning, development, and maintenance of our state-owned and leased properties.   1. Conduct analysis and evaluation of our state-owned and leased properties to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  2. Collaborate with various stakeholders, such as government agencies, contractors, and property management companies, to ensure efficient and effective management of our real estate portfolio.
  3. Develop and maintain comprehensive databases and reports to track property information, including leases, contracts, and maintenance schedules.
  4. Monitor and assess property budgets and expenses to ensure adherence to established financial objectives.
  5. Provide expertise and guidance on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and lease negotiations.
  6. Conduct site visits and inspections to assess property conditions and address any maintenance or safety concerns.
  7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in facilities management to continuously improve our processes and procedures.
  8. Develop and implement strategies to maximize the use and value of our real estate assets.
  9. Act as a liaison between various departments within the organization to ensure alignment and coordination in real estate management.
  10. Train and mentor junior facilities analysts to develop their skills and knowledge in real estate management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Real Estate, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Real Estate Analysis, Preferably In A Government Or Public Sector Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Real Estate Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Managing Multiple Projects And Deadlines, With A Strong Attention To Detail And Accuracy.
