  1. Oversee the maintenance and improvement of all state-owned facilities.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize facility usage and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  3. Conduct thorough analyses of facility needs and make recommendations for improvements.
  4. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to identify and prioritize facility projects.
  5. Create and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
  6. Coordinate with external contractors and vendors to ensure timely and quality completion of projects.
  7. Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and address any issues or deficiencies.
  8. Monitor and track facility expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of facility projects with organizational goals.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in facility management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  11. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior facilities analysts and other team members.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and codes related to facilities management.
  13. Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
  14. Act as a liaison between the Real Estate team and other departments to facilitate smooth communication and coordination.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve facility processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Real Estate, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Real Estate Analysis Or Property Management.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws And Regulations Related To Real Estate Transactions And Property Management.

  • Experience In Financial Analysis, Budgeting, And Forecasting For Real Estate Projects.

  • Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Various Stakeholders.
