  11. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to data collection and management.
  12. Train and educate colleagues on data analysis techniques and tools.
  13. Participate in meetings, conferences, and workshops to present research findings and collaborate with other professionals in the field.
  14. Take initiative in identifying and addressing potential challenges or obstacles in data collection and analysis.
  15. Contribute to the development and implementation of data-driven policies and initiatives to drive positive change in the state of California.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Data Science, Statistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience Working With Research Data In A Governmental Or Academic Setting.

  • Proficiency In Statistical Analysis Software Such As Spss, Sas, Or R.

  • Knowledge Of Data Management Best Practices And Experience With Data Cleaning, Manipulation, And Validation.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Data To A Non-Technical Audience.
