- Manage and oversee all aspects of the human resources function for the organization.
- Develop and implement personnel policies and procedures in compliance with state and federal laws.
- Provide support and guidance to employees and management on personnel-related matters.
- Conduct recruitment and hiring processes, including creating job postings, reviewing resumes, and interviewing candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist with employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve employee relations issues.
- Stay current on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and make recommendations for policy updates as needed.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to employees as necessary.
- Handle payroll and benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Maintain and update job descriptions and organizational charts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, such as recruitment agencies and training providers.
- Continuously evaluate and improve human resources processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Keep accurate records and prepare reports for management as needed.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Employment Laws And Regulations.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, Specifically In Personnel Management Or Recruitment.
Strong Interpersonal And Communication Skills For Interacting With Employees And Management.
Proficiency In Hr Software And Databases, Such As Peoplesoft Or Sap.
