  1. Develop and implement outreach and education programs that promote the well-being and success of our diverse communities.
  2. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness of outreach and education initiatives.
  3. Conduct research and gather data to identify the needs and concerns of our citizens and incorporate them into program development.
  4. Utilize various communication channels, such as social media, email, and in-person events, to reach a wide audience and engage with the community.
  5. Create educational materials and resources that are informative and engaging for our citizens.
  6. Coordinate and facilitate workshops, presentations, and events to educate and inform the community about relevant topics.
  7. Develop partnerships with community organizations and leaders to expand the reach and impact of our outreach and education efforts.
  8. Monitor and track the success of outreach and education programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure their effectiveness.
  9. Act as a spokesperson for the State of California, representing our values and promoting our initiatives to the public.
  10. Stay up-to-date with current events, trends, and issues affecting our communities to continuously improve and adapt our outreach and education strategies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Education, Communications, Public Relations, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Coordinating Outreach And Education Programs, Preferably In A Government Or Public Sector Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Community Outreach Strategies And Techniques, Including Social Media And Event Planning.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage With Diverse Populations And Stakeholders.

  • Familiarity With State And Federal Policies And Regulations Related To Education And Outreach Initiatives.
