  1. Provide remote psychiatric services during the night shift at Elk Grove, Santa Ana, Rancho Cucamonga, and Diamond Bar locations.
  2. Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mental health and develop individualized treatment plans.
  3. Prescribe and monitor medication regimens for patients in accordance with state regulations and best practices.
  4. Collaborate with other members of the treatment team, including therapists, nurses, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  5. Document all patient interactions and treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner.
  6. Stay up-to-date with relevant research, trends, and developments in the field of psychiatry.
  7. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards when providing care to patients.
  8. Maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor when interacting with patients, their families, and colleagues.
  9. Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss treatment plans and coordinate care.
  10. Provide crisis intervention services as needed during the night shift.
